How To Upgrade Products

To upgrade the product is just simple few click

  1. login to our Billing /Support Portal http://billing.mcdsbhd.com/index.php?rp=/login




  2. Select "Service" on the top menu and select "My Services"



  3. All available service will be listed on this page



  4. Select the Products & Services in the list you wish to upgrade and you will able to see the Upgrade/Downgrade Options

  5. Click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options"  and follow the selection for the Upgrade/Downgrade Options make available.
